An end of year letter gives you time to reflect on the year-past, what is important, as well as share thoughts on exciting times ahead as we usher in 2021 and say goodbye to 2020 forever!

First off, we would not be here if it were not for you, our customers. I want to thank you for choosing UrVenue as your hospitality technology partner and giving us the privilege of helping you and your business achieve your 2020 goals, especially in such a transformational year.

To say it was easy, is an under-statement and we genuinely appreciated your trust in UrVenue to deliver products and a level of service that hopefully exceeded your expectations. Together, we drive innovation, and it is this type of enduring partnership that we feel puts us ahead of our competition. Your family is our family, and our products are specially built for you.

We are not a large organization at 40 strong, but our primary focus will remain the same in 2021 – we will continue to drive innovation for the hospitality industry with new features and capabilities to support your ever-changing consumers and business goals and objectives.

For this reason, I am especially excited to announce UV Enterprise, our next generation solution. Slated for its debut in early 2021, UV Enterprise will still provide you with everything you have come to know us for, but through a revamped ecosystem, that will expand our capabilities in many new and exciting ways. I promise to keep everyone abreast of these industry game-changing opportunities that lie ahead for us both.
